❄️ Freeze Notice – Cold Weather Precautions

Dear FGW Property Management Residents,
With freezing temperatures expected this week, we want to proactively help prevent frozen or burst pipes in our properties. Please follow the instructions below immediately, especially in bathrooms and kitchen areas located on exterior walls.
To reduce the risk of frozen pipes, residents must:

Open cabinet doors beneath sinks to allow warm air to circulate around plumbing
Allow a faucet to drip slightly during periods of extreme cold
Keep thermostats set to 65°F or higher at all times
Do not turn off heat, even if you are away from the unit
Report any loss of water pressure or visible leaks immediately

⚠️Important: Damage caused by failure to follow these precautions may be charged back to the resident per the lease agreement.
If you experience any plumbing issues or emergencies, submit a maintenance request through the resident portal or contact us immediately.
